Bricks seem like such simple things and yet they build large structures and there are analogies with building relationships, businesses and your own place in the world. As I start the refurbishment of my new business and we can see the underlying brickwork as the rendering is pulled away, it reminded me of a journey that our neighbour, Henry, took me on. It turns out that he took a lot of other people on that same journey too.
